Nothing herein shall apply to actions or claims under the provisions of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. Sec. 101 et seq.

Section 7. User Information – Privacy Policy

A+ Class, $$$A+Class, is committed to maintaining User privacy. A+ Class, $$$0A+Class, does, however, gather certain information that User provides to the Web Site.  A+ Class, $$$A+Class, believes that by collecting this information A+ Class, $$$A+Class, is able to provide User with a personalized web experience, and upon completion of the online class, provide a certificate of completion to the User and/or attorney and/or court. The information A+ Class, $$$A+Class, requests, is the minimum we believe necessary to achieve this goal. A+ Class, $$$A+Class, may use the information it obtains relating to User, including User IP address, name, mailing address, email address and use of the Web Site, for its internal business and marketing purposes. Section 8. Payment

You may pay for your order by using Credit, Debit or a Pre-Paid Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). The accepted methods of payment may change at  A+ Class, $$$A+Class,’s sole discretion. Your card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. This may cause an immediate reduction in your funds or increase in your credit line, even if your order is later canceled, as the credit and debit card issuing banks release authorizations at their discretion. Your credit or debit card is generally charged upon receipt of your order. You may request a full refund of the fees paid until your certificate is generated. After your certificate has been generated, no refund will be granted. Refunds are also only granted if requested within 6 months of registration. After the 6 month timeframe, no refund will be granted, regardless of whether a certificate has been generated or not.

Section 9. Validating Registration Information

After you place an order through the A+ Class, $$$A+Class, Website, may  check the information you gave us for validity. We may require additional verification or information before creating or sending a certificate of completion. If we reject your registration due to inadequate valid information, we will attempt to notify you by using the contact information you gave to us when you registered.

Section 10. Registration Acceptance/Confirmation

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your registration to accept or decline your request for no or any reason whatsoever. You will not be charged if we reject your registration, but we will process a refund if a charge has been made against you in error.

Section 11. Authority

By accessing, subscribing, downloading and/or otherwise using the A+ Class, $$$A+Class, you (a) certify that you are at least 18 years of age, and that, if you are acting on the behalf of any person or entity, you are authorized to act on behalf of such party, (b) have read this Agreement and have agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement, and (c) agree to all operating rules and policies of A+ Class, $$$A+Class, that may be published within this Website.

Section 12. General

All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Web Site shall be construed in accordance with and determined by the laws of the applicable to contracts entered into and performed within the State of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. By using the Web Site, User agrees that the exclusive forum for any claims or causes of action arising out of User's use of the Web Site shall be either any state court for or within the State of Texas. User hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which User may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that any such proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between User and A+ Class, $$$A+Class, with respect to the use of Web Site. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of A+ Class, $$$A+Class,. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.

Users are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit the Terms & Conditions page periodically to review the Terms. Each User is responsible for all use of his/her information and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password. These Specific Terms and Conditions incorporate the General Terms of Conditions of the A+ Class, $$$A+Class, site by reference. Each User hereby understands that he/she is bound by all General and Specific terms and conditions which may be implemented by A+ Class, $$$A+Class, from time to time. Section 1.  Registration

To access the online course, User must register at the Website. The User will provide a UserName and PIN. Each User is expressly prohibited from using another User's UserName and PIN without such person's authorization. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of that User's authorization. Each User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.

Each User shall notify A+ Class, $$$A+Class, of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of his/her account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of his/her confidential information.

Section 2. Communication

A+ Class, $$$A+Class, reserves the right to send a registered User electronic mail for the purpose of informing User of changes or additions to the Web Site, this Agreement, and any other service provided by  A+ Class, $$$A+Class,.
